In 2011 a new local restaurant opened in Durham: Geer St Garden. They went heavily on local and regional foods, including alcohol, and they had several signature cocktails.
This Harvest Moon was one of them. It involves maple syrup and apple cider. And it’s delicious! The recipe calls for a chilled martini glass but I only had champagne flutes and rocks glasses.
