Dyke Media Watch: Veronica Mars

What a long, strange trip it’s been.

Honestly, found it a good and compelling story of being a teenager who is pretty much from the wrong side of the tracks. It’s definitely worth the watch though. It has a curious history.

It started out as a UPN show in its first two seasons becoming one for The CW for its third season. The creator wrote a movie for it after it was canceled but Warner Brothers declined, then it was a successful Kickstarter and made it to the big screen. The movie continues in the story from the series.

Following this, Hulu decided to pick it up for a short fourth season. 15 years after the premiere. S. That season continues after the movie, but with everyone somewhat aged into their after high school graduation life.
